Years ago, if you wanted to cross the river Drau near the Village of Lipitzbach
you had to carefully work your way down one side of the embankment,
along a narrow road, then cross the lower bridge and struggle up the other embankment.
THEN THEY BUILT THE BRIDGE ABOVE.
Wenn man frueher die Drau bei Lipitzbach ueberqueren wollte, musste man sich
an einem Ufer in Haarnadelkurven hinunterarbeiten, und dann wieder muehsam am anderen Ufer hinauf.
DANN BAUTEN SIE DIE OBERE BRUECKE.
