More Chinese Lantern Festival - Animals by day and night

A little ways down I showed you some images of this wonderful feast for the eyes: The Chinese Lantern Festival. Since I haven't been out with my cameras, (believe it it's cloudy and raining)
I reached back into the many shots I took that day and thought you might enjoy seeing some of the smaller creations. I will not name any of them, since you know them all anyway.
So just scroll down a bit, enjoy these marvellous works of art and, maybe, re-visit the main section of "The Chinese Lantern Festival."

What can you say?
It has always been my childhood dream
to defy gravity and just float around.

Photography from above / Fotographie von Oben.

Greetings from beautiful (see today's weather report) Toronto...
faithfully yours: bertstravels.

Recently I showed you some images of Toronto, taken from street level. I thought that it might be interesting to show the City from above. So, I went to the 300 meter high platform and tried my luck (through glass) from there. The tower reaches a hight of 581 meters and has some other overwhelming statistics. If you are interested in those, you must go to "Google".

A Man and his Family / Ein Mann und seine Familie.

Whenever a man has reason to be utterly and completely pleased and happy with his family, and if he gets a lump in his throat every time he looks at them...that surely is ME, ME, ME
your good old "bertstravels".

Euer alter "bertstravels"
