Please, doff your hat, make a bow and acknowledge
that this is the very first image taken with my new camera:
A Nikon D610 with an AF-S Nikkor lens, 28 to 300 mm.
After having photographed this Coke can,
sitting atop the kitchen table,
I drove out into the country side and took about 50 pictures
around a farm.
In many respects the D610 is very similar to the D300 ( which I baptized unwillingly ) and the D700
which I left at home in Bleiburg.
It has, however, many additional features, with which I am still becoming familiar.
