Well today the sun is "blazing" from the bluest sky imaginable, it's warm enough that you can walk around outdoors without a jacket and the snow is melting to beat the band...

What you need to do is schedule a winter holiday to somewhere warm - or better yet, make your African trips for the winter months in stead of spring.
