Seems like little Dorothy in the Wizzard of Oz-but this was a too a fairy-tale where alittle girl dreamed the story after she was heart during a storm. People in Europe also realized that they had to wake up and stop dreaming about the big spender to help them-but it took timeto realize I would be interessting at which time this memorial had been made and who was the person
