Hell's Angel ?

Yanis Varoufakis, the "former" Minister of Finance of Greece had left his post, mounted his iron steed and drove off into the Aegean Sunset.
He leaves behind a country which, together with the communist president Tsipras he managed to steer into financial chaos of never before experienced dimensions.

I will not attempt to solve this country's economic woes, leaving this gargantuan task to greater minds.

Let me just make one observation:

Below is a picture which, I am certain, appeared in most of Europe's news papers.
It shows our hero on his motorbike. ( Is it an H.D. ? ) well clad, with proper scuff resistant motorcycle clothing and a visored helmet, all designed to protect him in case of a wipe-out.
On his back seat, his handsome wife, in a low cut, short sleeved
T-shirt, no helmet, just a shock of long blond hair protecting her head.

May  I draw a conclusion ?
Yanis Varoufakis is concerned about his own well being.
He rode his political motor bike, with an unprotected country behind him on the rear seat, totally exposed to an economic wipe out.

Yanis seems to care little about his country, or his wife.

Yanis dresses appropriately because he is aware of the danger.
Yet he exposes his wife to this known risk to life and limb ?
This must tell us something about this man.

This picture is fake - no way is someones back that straight and her arm doesn't line up properly - a really bad photoshop if you ask me.

This is the image you should use to make your illustration.

No, Lianne, this image is NOT a fake. I also noticed the poor line up of her right arm.
This, however was caused by the newspaper fold, and by my photography of the picture in the paper. There were a number of similar pictures in other European papers, showing the pair from the front and then from the back.
