I simply have to stop invading my neighbours garden,
lest he may charge me with trespassing.
My defense will be simple:
"Judge, my neighbour has such a beautiful
and variety filled garden,
that I cannot resist the temptation,
which he maliciously puts before me.
Come, Your Honour, and see for yourself.
This way, I am certain, I will be declared innocent of trespassing,
but will be classified as an "invitee".
The case of the beautiful garden is hereby closed.
