BRYCE CANYON

Bryce Canyon, in Southern Utah, is actually not a "Canyon" but rather an "Embankment."
Its spire-like remnants of erosion, called 'hoodoos' turn crimson in direct sunlight, and with very little imagination can be identified as Temples, Cathedrals, or any other fancy structure you care to conjure up. Depending on the time of day, on the angle in which the sun strikes the picture, the colors change from Crimson to dark Red with layers of light grey, almost white.

From the over 2400 meters high observation position,
Rainbow Point,
Bryce Canyon lies before you in all its colorful splendor.

Windows and Portals (above and below)

Do you see the Lady in the foreground?
The one with her hair in a bun.
She is standing in line with this large crowd (below)
awaiting patiently entrance to this temple.

There are Churches, Cathedrals , Steeples, Temples and People.
Everywhere you look.

The "Two Guardians" have watched over this entire edifice
for maybe Millions of Years.

Two persons in the left hand lower corner,
give you a good perspective in size.
