A few days ago I photographed two men putting up a tent
at the Bleiburg Wiesenmarkt.
The thought struck me that I had seen something
very similar before.
Also, two men, straining on two ropes
to erect a tent.
Then it struck me: I had seen it last year,
in Stratford on Avon, Ontario
at the Shakespeare Festival Theater,
where the statues of two men are shown
erecting the original show tent.
The more things change
the more they stay the same.
