Bernstein Castle is idylically located
between the rolling hills of Lower Austria
and the plains (Puszta) of Hungary.
It, and a number of other castles fulfilled their historic duty
to defend the area agains invadors from the East.
The roof and chimny of the main house are reflected
in the vine surrounded bottle glass windows
