As promised, here are some of the bigger "cottages"..
Stars of Film and Sport, Industrialists and all manner of persons of wealth
purchased one of the islands and built their dream.
Das beruehmte "Boldt's Castle" steht alleine auf einer Insel.
Boldt erbaute es als Geschenk fuer seine Frau,
die leider ehe der Fertigstellung dieses Monumentes verstarb und es nie sehen konnte.
The famous "Boldt's Castle" stands alone on an island.
Built by the industrialist Boldt as a present for his beloved wife, who, unfortunately
died prior to completion of this edifice and never saw it.
Ich moechte vorschlagen, dass man diese Bilder im Grossformat betrachten soll.
I would like to suggest that these pictures should be viewed in the large format.
